I just got off the phone with Robert, who spoke to me so rudely, even though I was following up as I was instructed to do the day prior by his coworker. When I was onsite a few weeks ago, the Technician who helped me at the register asked me if I could read because apparently I wasn't standing in the right place to wait in line. He pointed at a small sign on top of a kiosk that I was supposed to have seen. These are supposed to be medical professionals who you should feel comfortable asking personal and sesitive questions to. Take your business elsewhere.

Try to embarrass you and play games like a bad cop would. There's only two people here that are the problem. And they know who they are, and I bet you and everybody else does to. I truly feel bad for these people.They have to act that way in order to make themselves feel better.
