- WWWendyOct 6, 20265.0I'm still giving 5 stars because I've been going to them for a lot of years. And they've helped me through a lot of my diagnosed. P. T S D from the 80's hygienist. and dentists. The first time after 2 years of the same hygienist i walked in to a new one without being informed. I walked out because that hygienist was not for me and I knew she wasn't going to be right for me and my regular dentist wasn't there to advocate. But when I came in today this was the second time my dental hygienist was no longer there and I wasn't informed, and I do feel they're very important because they get to know you and what you can handle. But this 2nd time I got an amazing girl named Cheyenne, and she really is a gem, when I saw her, I basically had a panic attack because it wasn't my regular person.. She dealt with it really well and just ask me to give her a chance. And i'm really glad I did. I sure hope she sticks around, because now that she's my new hygienist and definitely understood me.. And i'm really happy with her. And i've always been happy with my main dentist. Obviously I would recommend to friends and family because all my friends and family go here. They're amazing with childhood trauma with what we went through back in the day with dentists. The one thing I would suggest is that the people making appointments for you should have access to see that you request specific hygienists and if they quit or disappear, they should let you know especially if you have trauma.
