  I had a wonderful experience at Glacier Creek Dental. Everybody was welcoming, friendly and professional. I went for a teeth cleaning, the hygienist and dental assistant were wonderful. Dr. Josh Folchert was very kind, i must say just amazing, he explained to me with detail and lots of patience and kindness what i need to do to keep my teeth healthy. I highly recommend this dental office.

  Never has the experience of kindness, graciousness, professionalism, and treatment of mankind ever been as well exhibited as it is every single time I go to Dr. Willey’s office.. Dr. Willey and his people are beyond wonderful. I always leave there with my teeth in better shape and my morale sky high. They go way beyond the call of professional duty in caring for every aspect of my teeth I just wish people who were unhappy with the way their teeth look would just go see Dr. Willey. He can fix anything.

  Within one year of service, I’ve had to have 2 large fillings between teeth refilled by another dentist here in Texas. THEY CAME OUT WHILE FLOSSING within 3 months of each other!! Glacier Creek also blamed me for the fact I could feel all of the work they were doing while filling these fillings!! They will tell you that you need deep descaling when it will not be needed. As a result of one of the descaling visits, I had to have a root canal done on a tooth that had a brand new crown on from a previous dentist. This tooth had been fine for 2 years until Glacier worked on my mouth. They gave me a severe infection under the tooth. GO ELSEWHERE.

  I couldn’t say any more good things about this practice. I have a very complicated medical history and have been through a lot of dental procedures. I’ve also had a lot of dental work and because of a condition that makes it exceptionally difficult to numb me along with severe anxiety and nausea going to the dentist is horrible for me. From the moment my husband wheeled me into the practice I was greeted by an incredibly friendly face and really fun holiday decor the waiting room makes you feel like you are hanging out in someone’s living room. Everyone Exceptionally kind, sweet, gentle and caring. They came up with a really great plan for me and I am not nearly as scared as I was before we went in there. I know that I have a lot of work to get done, but I feel like I will be in really good hands.! I definitely would recommend this practice to other people!

  From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, kind, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. Dr. Folchert was incredibly gentle, thoughtful, and compassionate throughout the entire procedure. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth and virtually pain-free. It's clear that Dr. Folchert is not only highly skilled but also truly cares about his patients. That combination of expertise, kindness, and professionalism is something you don't always find. If you're looking for a dental practice that treats you with respect, compassion, and exceptional care, I highly recommend Glacier Creek Dental. While no one looks forward to having a tooth extracted, I can't imagine having had a better experience.
