The mission of the Colorado State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratories is to provide timely, accurate, and pertinent animal disease diagnostic services to veterinarians, their clients, animal industries, and those responsible for the detection and prevention of disease in animals and diseases affecting public health.
The CSU VDL is composed of three laboratories located in Fort Collins, Grand Junction (Western Slope), and Rocky Ford. All of these laboratories are accredited by the American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians.
The CSU VDL is part of Colorado State University and the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
