As a beginner who had never done pilates before, I can’t say enough good things about this studio! Everybody is welcome, and as someone recovering from a hip injury, I always appreciated the option for modifications if needed. Felt my posture improve within a few classes! Instructors are fabulous and encouraging (shout out Ange and Sedona!) and the management/staff at this location are incredibly kind and helpful.

Was visiting from out of town and dropped into a class taught by Liz. Lots of parking in front but also super walkable area to get to! The front desk gal was super helpful & kind. The class was great & Liz gave very good instructions and options for all levels! It was challenging but I left feeling really great and worth my lunch break! Great spot for a studio and will definitely be back!

I went to an introduction to Pilates, class lead by Rachel this week. I’m a 65-year-old disabled woman with a back injury, neuropathy, Fybromyalgia, etc.. was very disappointed and disillusioned with this class I asked to speak to Michelle and manager afterwards, and I expressed my disillusionment and disappointment with this class and with Rachel‘s instructions she was very rude. She didn’t answer questions. She went really fast was very confused once I voiced my thoughts and feelings about the class to Michelle she apologized to me about the experience and rescheduled me for another introduction class 230 the following week on Tuesday, the very next day I got a phone call from Michelle saying that she thought I wasn’t a good fit for the club. This is age discrimination and American with DISABILITY act discrimination. I have contacted the ADA the ACLU, etc. I plan on taking action against this business for discrimination if you experience the similar incident, please post it we could get class action lawsuit against the owner of the downtown club Pilates, and Fort, Collins, Colorado -10 stars

Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable instructors and many new friends!
Very clean and welcoming environment. I was comfortable the minute I walked in.
Pilates has been so incredibly helpful for my physical and mental being. I walk taller, can lift with ease, and have a core I didn’t think was possible!

I absolutely love coming here, the people are always lovely and the instructors/staff are very vibrant and always make any class a fun time. I have taken Maggie’s 1.5 Reformer a few times and it’s probably one of my favorites. She does a fabulous job at keeping it interesting and fun! Parking is also easy and there’s always space.
