- SSSilentNightSep 11, 20261.0Stay away from this pharmacy. People are not only rude in the drive through they dont even answer the call button in a timely manner. No pep in anybody step.
- TSTroy SmithJul 23, 20261.0I'm not really sure what happened today. The pharmacist that took over my conversation with the pharmacy tech provided the most unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced at any pharmacy. This is not the first poor interaction I have experienced or observed at this location but it was definitely the worst and last. We will take our business over to Walgreens. Congratulations, Scott. You provided a poor enough experience that we will go through the huge hassle of moving our 7 member household worth of monthly prescriptions.
- RSRobert ScarolaDec 26, 20251.0There is good reason why the ratings at this pharmacy are so low. Every time I come in here it’s like the people behind the counter don’t even want to be here . Rude , disrespectful, and the word compassion or patience is not in vocabulary .
- SSsteven stognerMar 5, 20251.0Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. If you could rate negatively, I would. Customer care and service is non existent. I would get different excuses every time I talked with someone. The pharmacist believes he is a doctor and refuses to fill prescriptions for no apparent reason. Even with prescribing doctors working with him, he just deletes prescriptions so he doesn't have to mess with extra work. He wouldn't fill full qty that doctor and insurance agreed on because he would have to open another container on one prescription. I will never do any business with this pharmacy again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. All of the issues I had problems with were filled in minutes by a different pharmacy. It's really sad to see someone in the health care industry treat patients and customers this way.
