    UPDATE: I posted the initial review a few days ago. Now I'm receiving a notification from King Soopers that they're in the process of refilling the prescription, the very same prescription that we picked up four days ago. What is going on here?! Definitely moving to a different pharmacy. _____________________________________________ I have to say that this pharmacy has been underwhelming at best. I broke my ankle in last month, was in severe pain, and this pharmacy made getting my prescribed pain medication overly difficult. It took my husband making a lot of calls, and the prescribing ER physician personally calling them to get everything going, meanwhile I waited for hours in pain. There was absolutely no concern in the pharmacy employee's voice. Most recently it was time to refill my blood thinner prescription as I'm post-op for the broken ankle. They left the prescription in limbo for a week, until I was down to one pill. I did the follow up with my physician, and just as I thought, this pharmacy never sent or requested anything with my physician. Having been employed with the same practice as this physician, I'd already assumed that was the case, since I know how on top of it his team is. Sure enough they stated this pharmacy did not send anything over and they got it taken care of immediately. So not only did this pharmacy not send/request anything, they never followed up. Meanwhile if I'd missed a dose of the blood thinner, it could have been bad for me. There seems to be no empathy nor sense of urgency at this location, which are needed to be an effective pharmacy employee. No doubt they're understaffed just like the rest of the store, but you can still be kind and thorough. I wanted to love this location, but we're going to need to go with a different pharmacy. I find it concerning that this location has so many negative reviews, and King Soopers seems to not do anything to address the issues. They'll likely wait until they have a lawsuit on their hands and then blame the pharmacist on duty during the shift the issue occurred. It's clear they'll be in that situation sooner than later.

    Scott the pharmacist is unprofessional and seeks to usurp and override doctors scripts even though the doctor sent all relevant information more than once. He decided he didn’t agree and refused to fill meds to include any and all meds from that doctors office.

    It took Teresa and Kristen over 3 and a half hours to fill my prescription that they had. I called at 3 was told my prescription would be done by 5:30. I didn’t get it until almost 7. You shouldn’t put my medication on backlog just because you don’t want to do it. They said they were busy but when i got there, there wasn’t a single car in the drive thru, and only a single person in line. DO YOUR JOB WHEN YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLES HEALTH OR DONT SIGN UP FOR THE JOB!!!

    I honestly have never dealt with a better pharmacy than this one. They are always kind and helpful. They treat my family and I as if they truly care and let's be real, that's a rare thing to witness now a days! Thank you for your kindness every time we come in!
