They have such a variety of classes and teachers and I love that I can find the best fit for me. They are also continually updating and expanding their offerings. Recently they added a version of mat Pilates and it has been such a fun new challenge that I appreciate. If you’re a beginner or more advanced, “look like a yogi” or not, y6 is for you.

We were greeted by the 'receptionist' and she was very helpful and answered all our questions, with a big smile. We felt very welcome indeed! As far as the class, the instructor was top notch! I have a yoga practice and know how things can be and the class was Great. There's a wonderful sense of community that they foster and I felt very comfortable there. They have many levels of practice with varying degrees of temperature. If you lilke it hot, they have it! I definitely will go back!
