  I must say my wife and I shop here all the time its by our house and we have never had an issue. Until today started with a employee named Cindy who was extremely rude, my wife asked to grab the bags from her before she put them in the carts and she would just throw our bags or drop them. When I told another King Sooper employee they said "im not surprised she always is" I then asked to speak to a manager just was hoping for them to talk to the employee at least. Holly the manager listen to my compliant but then she quickly got upset and rude said "Cindy is special needs" I then told her I totally understand but that doesn't give her or anyone the right to be rude, or throw bags" Holly then said "well she is special needs and there is nothing she can do" I then politely told her "we are regulars in that king soopers and I'm currently working instacart and its not okay to be treated this way in any condition to please st least talk to her as its not okay and you know it and as the manager you should automatically go talk with her espeically when your employee mention to me that they aren't surprised she is always like that." She said "you are working instacart coming into my king soopers and complaining about my special needs employee... you need to leave." Its hard to want to go back to that location when Holly the mamager get mad at the customer who was treated poorly and brought it up to her attention as I know King Soopers doesnt have that in the policy book. Its hard to want to bring my family back to this King Soopers when the manager Holly has those beliefs and miss treated me as the customer.

  I don't know if these folks at the pharmacy are screwing with me personally for some reason, or if they are as terribly rude and unhelpful to everyone, but I have yet to have a pleasant experience with the "pharm techs" at the Englewood location. Every single time I have to jump through hoops to get my prescriptions ever since I made them my home store, which I have told them every time I talk to them for the past several months. Also, I know they share a database with the other locations, so they need to stop saying that they don't have my prescriptions when they clearly always do. So either they are just super unhappy at their job or they don't know how to do their job, but either way I'm not getting paid, so I find it unfair that I should repeatedly have to do it for them. P.s. I always want to, and almost always do give 5 star reviews because I know that even 4 stars brings down a businesses average rating, but if I give you 2 stars that means you have personally offended me on more than one occasion and I finally have become fed up with your terrible customer service.

  The money counter is great, whenever I need a money order its easy peasy. The delivery is disappointing, they aren't like everywhere else, its all precut. I like thin deli meat and the lack of a active deli means no fresh cuts of meat. The pharmacy is the worse, its like they all hate their jobs and love taking it out on the customers. They level of joy in the techs voice about my prescription needing prior auth and it taking possible weeks to get filled triggered me and pissed me off. Then in the online portal my 2 prescriptions say in progress for 24 hrs and have pick up dates for days later. But when I call they say it will be ready in 45 minutes. I'm bout to go to Walmart. The front end management leaves alot to be desired but there are a couple employees, cashiers that are wonderful customer centered people.
