- PPPaigeJun 12, 20265.0Now that I’m 15 classes deep, I wanted to leave a review. I look forward to attending these classes, they’re very challenging (which I love), but the instructors are incredibly encouraging! I have already noticed a change in my mind & body since attending, it’s quite addictive. As a shy, introverted person by nature, I have always been intimidated to do this kind of thing. I had an opportunity to take a free class & have been hooked since then. The staff are so friendly & pretty much immediately put my fears to rest. Whatever your fitness level, they’re extremely positive, encouraging, & helpful. I love this studio & the good vibes within it. I’m having a lot of fun & I totally recommend it! If you’re on the fence, check out the free pop up events. This summer, there are plenty of free workout opportunities looking out on the beautiful Nottingham lake. I love how the classes are set up in such a way that there is always room to push yourself harder. I’ve been a member since 2018 and had 2 kids and barre has been an amazing work out and support system through the journey of motherhood. I tell everyone who will listen about attending pure barre as it has done amazing things for my physical and mental health.
