Save your time and buy direct from manufacturer. Heavens forbid you don't want to make a rewards account- you'll be pestered constantly, and even guilt tripped. "But making an account helps me" just means that the company is desperate for your personal information. This happens at EVERY STORE. Corporate could stand to chill out a bit with making their employees demean themselves. Car salesmans in the making.

Shout out to Andrew for going above and beyond. After signing up for Pro Access, had some issues with my account, the shipment and he was able to get everything situated. I greatly appreciate him and the staff for their help.

As a 24 year old, slightly out-of-shape woman, you don't know what to expect when walking into a place like this--I suppose I expected the worst: a macho, 30-something year old meat-head making you feel bad about yourself and trying to sell you as many products as possible, as if you are an uninformed, inexperienced damsel in distress. Wow was I wrong. Instead I was greeted by the loveliest and kindest woman, Ellen, who asked how my day was and didn't push anything on me. She simply asked me what I was looking for, and led me straight there. Very informed and accommodating. She eloquently told me about a couple of deals going on, and after I politely declined her offers, she rang me up and and engaged in nice conversation, never once pushing anything on me. Never once was I treated as less than a valuable customer for simply buying the one item that I came in for. Thank you for being so great and for displaying the most excellent customer service humanly possible. So much so that I just had to know what her name was. I will return soon. Hold onto Ellen! She is simply wonderful.
