I already knew going in that it would be fast-paced and challenging (the class I visited was 60 minutes’ worth), but that was exactly what made me want to check it out! The intensity made it a lot of fun, and I knew that if I were to need to pause to hydrate or slow my pace a bit just to keep moving consistently, that was welcomed. We all definitely were well encouraged and were also guided to stay in tune with our bodies and our breathing the entire time! The employees there being upbeat and kind from the moment I walked in (especially the instructor of the class I visited, Kelly) was just the cherry on top for this experience! Thank you so much for welcoming me in!!!
