- LCLiz CareyAug 15, 20263.0Update: the manager of the store reached out to me and corrected the situation in a way that I am happy with! I come to this location often and usually have a great experience. However, today I came in asking to swap lenses between two identical frames. I have done this before and a couple of weeks ago I confirmed in the same location that this was possible. One of the workers who did this for me, a younger man with dark/black hair, had a negative rude attitude from the beginning of the interaction. He complained and talked negatively the entire time he was working on my glasses, barely looked at me or addressed me, and when I thanked him he only responded with an annoyed “yeah” and nothing else. It left me feeling uneasy about the quality of work done and was super uncomfortable in general. Like I said, I usually have a great experience here, I guess just watch out for that one guy if you’re wanting a pleasant or even slightly professional experience.
