Uptown Community Health Center provides high-quality, patient-centered care for children, adults, seniors, and families in one convenient Denver location. Our clinic brings together Bruner Family Medicine, Caritas Internal Medicine, Seton Women’s Center, and the Uptown Midwifery Center to offer adult and pediatric primary care, women’s health (ob/gyn), midwifery care, geriatric care, chronic disease management, and same-day/sick appointments. We accept most major insurance plans, including private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid, and offer a sliding fee scale for those without coverage. At Uptown, our compassionate providers listen, take time with you, and deliver care that treats you like a whole person—not just a chart.
