His wonderful personality makes me actually look forward to going to the dentist! His care has earned my trust. My gum health has improved tremendously, my teeth are still where they belong, and I feel confident in my dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Pyne and his team!

- BGBadr GoubiSep 25, 20141.0After 5 years as a customer, my insurance changed. At my next cleaning I asked if my new insurance was accepted, and the receptionist said yes I would be covered. However, she was wrong and now I have a bill for over $300 for a cleaning! How is it my responsibility to make up for her mistake? After refusing to pay the bill, I have been threatened with a lawsuit, wow what great customer service. I just want to bring it to the public knowledge that it is possible to be sued for a $300 cleaning that you shouldn't even be liable for due to mistakes made at the front desk - Renee Taylor-Goubi
