Similar story to many other one star reviews. I typically don't leave 1 start reviews, however I ended up getting put out of a lot of money, similar to others.
I was seeking relief after a considerable knee reconstruction (ACL, MCL, Medial and Lateral Meniscus, cartilage damage). It was hard to get these insoles to fit my shoes, felt more unstable in them (rolled my ankle pretty good on a hike), and overall found more benefit just buying a good pair of running shoes with arch support.
As many others have mentioned, their insoles are non returnable, non refundable, and not truly custom (which is why I'm confused that they wouldn't be returnable). I was given the impression that I could "try them out" and that insurance would help cover them. Turns out, I should've read the fine print, and that part is on me. Misleading sales tactics, that part is on them.
Definitely seems to make sense to see a podiatrist, or try less expensive interventions before investing your money here.

I had an exceptional experience at the Good Feet Store working with Charlie. He took the time to really understand what was going on with my foot pain and explained everything in a way that actually made sense.
The fitting process felt very personalized, and he made sure the orthotics were comfortable and properly supporting my feet instead of just rushing me through the process. I’ve already noticed a huge difference in comfort and pressure relief while walking.
You can tell Charlie genuinely cares about helping people feel better and finding the right solution for them. Highly recommend both him and the Good Feet Store if you’re dealing with foot pain or looking for quality orthotics.

I had an excellent experience at the Good Feet Store on University Boulevard in Denver. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with outstanding customer service. Tezyanna was especially helpful and knowledgeable.
After a year or two of unknowingly using the wrong inserts, Tezyanna took the time to explain the system clearly and get me back on the right track. I had misplaced my brochure and didn’t realize I had been wearing the relaxers full-time for the past couple of years instead of using the maintainers during the day.
Thanks to her guidance, I’m now using the strengtheners for 90 minutes to two hours a day, switching to the maintainers during the day, and only wearing the relaxers in the evening. Since making those changes, my plantar fasciitis symptoms have been greatly alleviated.
I really appreciate the personalized attention and education I received. Highly recommend this location, especially Tezyanna, for knowledgeable, caring service.

This is my first visit. I came in with metatarsal pain, hip pain and lower back pain. Charlie took his time and worked with me, explaining how the inserts work. I am excited to start rebuilding my feet/legs and mobility again! Thanks Charles!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from regular inserts and insoles?

Will I get my arch supports on the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6 and up, supports are stocked in store and can be taken home the day of purchase after fitting.
