  Quiet, soothing and relaxing. Was happily greeted upon entry and waited a couple minutes until my massage therapist, Elizabeth retrieved me. Added cupping onto my massage and was pleasantly surprised that both were simultaneous! My lower back already feels much better. Looking forward to my next visit!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This was anything but a relaxing experience. I booked a Fire & Ice session followed by a massage, but neither service was delivered as expected due to equipment issues and delays. I completely understand that things happen and equipment can malfunction. That wasn’t my issue. The problem was the way I was treated. From the moment the sauna malfunctioned, the receptionist was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. When my massage appointment came and went without any communication, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Instead, I was told she would help people at the front desk before addressing my scheduled appointment, despite the fact that I had already been there for over an hour. When I chose to cancel the massage because of the delay, I was simply told to “have a nice day” while still being charged. She was borderline hostile.

  I have waited a bit before leaving a review, but I have consistently been seeing Colin for months now and he is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. He has not only helped remove my pain, but also helped me understand some root causes and suggested rehabilitative exercises I can do to help reduce the pain and keep it from returning. I always look forward to my 90 minutes and I have truly noticed an overall improvement in my problem areas. I would highly recommend symmetry and Colin!
