StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Lohi offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- JFJohn Florence4 days ago5.0Ashlee was amazing. I’m a big guy at 6’8” 230 lbs and sit most of the day at a desk so my hips are very tight. I left feeling 10x better than when I arrived. Highly recommend assisted stretching with StretchLab.

Reece does excellent work and gives tailored advice for stretching on your own, depending on your training/movement goals. Allie was also very helpful getting me squared away with membership options and scheduling. Highly recommend this location.
