I had a full body stretch with Aiden. It was very comfortable and relaxing. He checked in a lot to ensure the stretch occurred in the muscle it was meant to and adjusted things when needed. I’d recommend for anyone looking to increase mobility or release tension.

I was passing through Denver last week and stopped in for a stretch. So happy I did! I have been going to Stretchlab for a few years and have visited maybe a dozen locations across the country and I can say Davry at Lohi has been the best yet. Excellent communication paired with a great fundamental understanding of WHY things feel tight or don't move as they should. Wish I lived out there to see him regularly. Highly recommend.

My Flexologist for my 1st session was Dani ... She communicated everything she was doing always checking in with me and my comfort level on the stretches. I feel that my session was very productive and very relaxing. I highly recommend experiencing this type of bodywork.

I highly recommend Jake! He’s thorough, attentive, and consistently communicates throughout the session to make sure each stretch is effective without ever overdoing it. I always feel like I’m in great hands and leave feeling better than when I arrived.
