  10/10 experience- everybody was so nice from the second my group walked in the door. Melu was an amazing instructor. I went for my bachelorette & they all made me feel so special!

  This is my first soul cycle but I've taken spinning classes in other places (san francisco, Hong Kong and vienna) I was looking forward to the "innovator" of the genre. However, instead I found the changing area really cramped, the bikes on top of each other (and to make matters worse someone nearby had gas) and the room mega hot! I do love yhe loud music vibe but it was really so loud you couldn't hear the instructor. I'm hoping not all the soul cycles are like this cause I was quite disappointed.

  After a rude experience at the front desk when inquiring about classes, I've determined SoulCycle is more about being part of a mean clique than actually working out. Also, you have to rent shoes every class despite the classes already being overpriced for the customer service and cramped room you get. Flywheel is SO much better and has the best cycle experience in Denver.
