- DGDJ GMay 5, 20261.0This pharmacy is slow, unprofessional, and incompetent. Staff don't seem to care and will sometimes stand at the counter without even acknowledging you being there. If there are insurance and/or other issues they are poor about communicating about and resolving them. There are a few friendly and helpful staff members but by and large my experience has been negative. It takes a lot to get me to leave a review like this but after several years of going to them I will be looking for a new pharmacy.
- JQJeremiah QuastApr 10, 20265.0I’ve been going to this Safeway for two years now since I moved back to Denver, and in the last year, I’ve had a ton of medical issues and everybody in this pharmacy has made sure I got my meds and everything I needed which a few of them were life critical meds, they didn’t have them in, but they brought it in within either same-day or it was there the very next morning. I can’t say enough, how they actually are awesome, the pharmacist, the text everybody behind the counter. I’ve never had a bad experience. And my personal opinion that’s one of the best pharmacies. I’ve ever been to no judgment and they make sure you get taken care of.

The guy checking me out kept telling me it was wrong and I even called the vet and had the vet confirm with him that the birth date I provided was correct. After the vet confirmed the birth date was correct, the person checking me out had the audacity to look me in the face and tell me I should do better at remembering my dog’s birthday. Y’all, what in the gas light is that?!
