  I will no longer use Paloma Dental due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist and the excessive volume of appointment reminders, emails, texts, and online forms. The office seems to assume that every patient prefers constant digital communication, which I do not. I would rather work with a dental office that allows patients to complete forms in person without overwhelming them with repeated messages.

  Great, friendly staff. Easy online scheduling. Dr. Bassett was understanding, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through my all my options. Great overall experience. Highly recommend.

  I just had a dental cleaning at Paloma for my first visit. I actually thought that since a dentist rather than a hygienist was going to the cleaning, they would be in a hurry to get to other patients. That was not at all the case. The dentist was kind, thorough, and informative, as was the hygienist who preceded her for xrays. In short, I could not have been more pleased in every way with my visit.
