  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was referred to this clinic because my former clinic is now out of network. I have been struggling with chronic hip/pelvic pain for 9 years. I went to my appointment and told the NP, Dr. Patel, that I have a torn labrum in my hip. She invalidated my experience and told me the "tear is small and will heal on its own." Labrum tears don't heal on their own...She then referred me to Chiro and PT. This place is definitely a cash cow for insurance reimbursement. I highly suggest finding a different provider if you are seeking pain services.

  They have absolutely no care at all for the patient, only care about money and gauging the patients for as much of it as they can. There was zero empathy, poor communication, and an utter disregard for proof that showed I had been blatantly lied to due to their "systems". They had no integrity and lacked humanity completely while dealing with the issue their "system" created. They don't care about the patients, as with seemingly all Healthcare institutions, they only care about the money and will turn on you the second you try to stand up for yourself. Please don't waste your time, money, or well-being by going here- they lack empathy and human decency.

  Absolutely abysmal treatment by staff, the second you call them out. Horrible communication across the office, complete lack of professionalism, and just like all Healthcare systems in this country- money hungry with ZERO care for the actual patient. In fact, so abysmal, I needed to write several reviews with the hope that I will save others from their money hungry hands.

  I went to the lowery location to get a hip injection. I have no family in the state. I had less than 18 hours of notification of the appointment because they said they would put me on a waitlist and didn't call me for four weeks. I had to call them multiple times, everyone on the phone is rude and incapable of holding them selves accountable. It's probably because they have to deal with people like The doctor that came back so angry that his voice was shaking, swinging his hands around telling me that his employees are not here to watch my special-needs son and almost denied me a three minute shot because he was so angry, I have gone multiple times with my special-needs son because I do not have anyone to care for him while I do this and no one's ever giving me a problem except for that guy and then I was leaving the office for my injection. He was behind me talking crap about me as I walked out the room, and then when I left the appointment there was 10 people sitting at the front desk doing nothing but talking to each other. his aggressive attitude towards me, and my toddler was uncalled for very ghetto and very unprofessional. Probably explains why his assistant was talking like to me so poorly being short and aggressive.

  This was easily one of the most disappointing medical experiences I’ve had. I went to this appointment because I was dealing with pain after an accident and expected to be treated with compassion, professionalism, and basic respect. Instead, the pain specialist reviewed my file, looked at a photograph of my accident, and said, “I’ve seen worse accidents than this.” That statement was completely unnecessary and incredibly dismissive. The fact that a provider has seen accidents that were worse does not mean my accident, my injuries, or the pain I’m experiencing should be be minimized, dismissed, or treated as though they don’t matter. Every patient deserves to have their concerns heard and taken seriously, regardless of how their accident compares to someone else’s. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a provider who will listen to their concerns and make them feel heard. Don’t go here if you expect compassion and understanding. This office seriously needs to work on its bedside manner and the way patients are spoken to, especially when they are already dealing with pain and the aftermath of an accident. This was my last time here, and I will be taking my care elsewhere.
