  Very disappointed in this center. I recommended this location to my mom, made an appointment weeks in advance and took time off work to go to her appointment. We arrived on time and had to fill out a form that should have been sent to her in advance that never did. When she was done filling out the form, she was told she wouldn’t be seen because the form was not completed in advance. Imagine sitting there for 20 plus minutes filling out a form thinking you’re going to be seen and be given some relief from the pain you’re experiencing only to be told no. Very disappointing especially because I recommended her and this was her first experience here. The front desk assistant was professional but whoever she spoke to did not help us.

  After my car accident my attorney referred me to MVPC. This was a lifesaver. All services at one location and I could schedule appointments all together. Chiropractic -- Dr Ricardo, Olga and Kendra were absolutely amazing helping me get back to myself. They were so kind, friendly and od course helpful!! PT -- Joyce, Eric, Cayla and Lauren were also so amazing My first appointment with Eric for initial evaluation was above and beyond a complete assessment!! Acupuncture -- Dr Melati's Acupuncture appointments were amazing. Customized to my needs every session Pain management Audrey and her team were also so amazing giving me options for relief and explaining findings MVPC was my lifeline to getting back to better health The front desk team was beyond amazing helping with all my needs. Thank you all so much

  In August 2025, a week before my 40th birthday, I was rear-ended. My lawyer referred me to Mountain View Pain Center. I was expecting a call at least 24-48 hrs later, but nope!!! I got a call within 10-15 mins after hanging up with my lawyer. And guess what??? They scheduled my first appointment the next day!!!!! As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted by the nicest women I ever encountered. Mitzi, Sabrina, Linette, and Ivette, immediately made me feel comfortable. Those ladies were so patient, with all the questions I had. In the 20+ years I have been driving, this was my very very first accident. The bar was raised meeting Kendra, and Olga. Those two are so funny, pleasant, and have awesome conversations every time. It made meeting Dr. Brittany and Dr. Ricardo less stressful. But I didn't even have to be, Dr. Brittany, and Dr. Ricardo are so amazing. Who knew that there were Dr's that actually listened to their patient, and really are helping me to get better? They do!!! Let's not forget the wonderful physical therapists across the hall, Eric, Cayla, Royce, and Lauren. 40 mins goes by so fast, they never make it seem like work, they make it fun, and tailor the day to how I feel. They motivate me to continue to do what they taught me at home. Rounding out this perfect circle, would be Hailey, my pain management specialist, and her assistant Rosa. They make sure that I have the medication, and any injections I need to help get me close to having as little pain as possible. Those two ladies understood where my pain was, no matter how difficult it was to explain. If one treatment did not work, or helped for only a short while. They would work hard to figure out what would be the next best step.... That location is so amazing.... They make every experience amazing

  I have been treated so well by the staff at this location. Lauren & Cayla were great during my post labral tear physical therapy protocol. Special thanks to all the front desk staff (Linnett, Cecilia, Sabrina, Mitzi, Yvette) and Chiropractor assistants (Kendra & Olga).

  My care team at Mt View - Dr. Ricardo, Olga and Kendra - are the best people to have on my pain management team. When I 1st started, I had gotten pretty isolated by the pain from fibromyalgia, arthritis & nerve damage. With help from my chiro team, who listened to my concerns and helped me put together a targeted treatment plan, I've gotten back to some of my old life. Also the team is so friendly, upbeat & positive that it's a mini mental health boost when I go for my appointments. I can only thank my team at Mt. View Lowry!
