  Dr. Ferguson is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk in, he creates such a welcoming and positive environment. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which makes each visit feel both educational and empowering. What really sets him apart is his personality he’s not only professional, but also genuinely fun to be around. He makes the entire acupuncture experience relaxing and enjoyable, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients and their progress. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally. I highly recommend Dr. Ferguson to anyone looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and engaging acupuncture doctor!

  This entire facility is fantastic! Dr. William Ferguson is a great acupuncturist. I hate needles, and he helped me feel comfortable. Acupuncture was the only thing that helped my chronic back pain.

  Una experiencia muy buena, la verdad nunca había sentido una buena atención en otro lado, las señoritas stephanie y angelina siempre han estado muy pendientes sobre cómo me siento los días de las terapias, he tenido muy buena experiencia la verdad estoy muy agradecido con ellas y con el doctor grant ya que es muy bueno en su trabajo y profesional.. la experiencia es excelente muchas gracias por todo 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽💪🏽

  Ok I'll clean this up a bit as I was heated at the time. My Mother goes to the lakewood union location and has been going 3 times a week. For about a month and a half two months. We started to change things up as the physical therapist was back from vacation couldn't make our first scheduled meeting so we had to reschedule no problem we understood things can happen and adjustments need to be made. either cut our time short or whatever. Our appoinment time arives and we are there on time as we had a previous appointment with another chiropractor who is very helpful really puts effort to listen and give solid advise to help with her situation, so we wait for our apponment and we wait and wait and wait I thing it was about a hour passed our scheduled time yes we sat in the lobby for almost a hour past our scgeduled time to meet the physical therapist and did we walk out did we complain... no we adjusted yet again. Now by the physical therapist to go to this location that was 45 min away once a week for three - four weeks. Ok we go to this location during peak hightway i70 traffic super scary drive lets be honest arrive to the location on time but mother has issues with the restroom and we had to find them and find where to go inside the building as its our first time. we arriver at the front desk about 10-12 min past our scheduled time and was told we have to reschedule because we where late we where late.... no chance to explain why we where behind as I definitely tried but front desk just ran off before I could say a word and the person came back with the news we have to reschedule. I say wait wait wait we travel 45 min in i70 traffic and the person just said ok with that look of so what you did that your late 10 min how dare you make us do nothing more then what they were already doing 10 min earlier. Mom says no we wont be rescheduling and I agreed and left. Get off this late nosense and charge us money for late or whatever and you cant even keep to your own policies. Your not that important and need to work with others

  I really enjoy the treatment that I receive there. I feel like they do a good job attending to the patients. Stephane & Angelina are very helpful & easy to work with. Overall great place to go.
