Just went to lens crafters and got charged 60 dollars for FREE trials. they gave me a half empty box and a full box. they gave me the wrong trials anyways. Tried to call to make it right to see if I can give boxes back and insisted that it’s a surcharge for a box that says NOT FOR SALE. It’s not there fault people wait to long to get there contact lenses and they are doing ME a favor. WARNING DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANNA GET RIPPED OFF. PATHETIC

Everyone at LensCrafters was so nice and welcoming! I had a great experience from getting my eye exam all the way to picking out my new glasses. I especially want to give a shoutout to Karina, who helped me find my two new everyday pairs. She was amazing and so patient with me! She showed me so many different options based on what I was looking for and really took her time helping me until we found the two perfect pairs. I really appreciated her help, and I would definitely come back and ask for her again the next time I need new glasses. Overall, everyone was super nice and made the whole experience great!

Doctor is a noob. Did our eye exams in the bright fluorescent lights. In 30- years I’ve never had an eye doctor not dim the lights. Dimming the lights helps your eyes focus Both prescriptions were off/ distorted Insurance will not pay for a new exam. So it must come out of pocket. Irritating to say the least. He also said nearsighted and then when I reiterated he said no farsighted. Concerning indeed…

I ordered glasses online because it said you can return in store if they don’t work out. Well they were blurry so I tried to return them in the store at cherry creek mall. The associate was lazy and told me they don’t accept returns for online orders. I showed her the policy and she acted all bothered. Didn’t even apologize. She had to call headquarters to learn how to process it. Was glaring at me the whole time like I did something wrong. Lazy and rude. Will shop for eyewear elsewhere. Still waiting for my refund by the way.

Extremely frustrating experience with this LensCrafters location. My original glasses were made incorrectly because the technician helping me entered my prescription wrong. This happened after I had already spent more than an hour in the store while she tried to enter all of my information into the computer. It was a complete waste of time. I was then told I would have to wait another week for the glasses to be remade. After waiting the full week, I called to see whether they were ready. I was placed on hold for so long that I finally hung up. When I called back, I was told the glasses were in the store and that a manager would call me within 10 minutes. After an hour with no callback, I called again. This time I was told the glasses were not ready for pickup, but no one could explain why. I was again told that a manager would call me. I have now been waiting two weeks for these glasses and more than two hours for a manager to simply tell me whether they are correct, why they are not ready, and when I will actually receive them. The original error was bad enough. The lack of communication, repeated missed callback promises, and inability to provide a basic answer have made the situation much worse.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
