He explained that he was suspicious of possible glaucoma, and suggested I have another test done for it, only to be told my eyes were fine - it was a classic upsell technique. I took my eye exam results from last year from previous place I went to and asked what the letters on it indicated that weren't on the one he wrote. He said that they indicated I had an Astigmatism but he didn't see it. I explained to him that all my previous prescriptions included correction for an astigmatism, he told me I didn't have it and was confident with his prescription. I will never go back and will pay out of pocket for an exam with someone else.

Dr. Hoover‘s assistant was very nice and friendly and very clear with her instructions for the eye tests. And Doctor Hoover as always did a great job explaining everything that is going on with my eyes.
