  Protect your ears and don’t do it. I’ve had tinnitus ever since I took Rose’s class over a year ago. I remember her specifically saying “I like it really loud.” I wish so badly that I had just left because I have had ringing in my ears every day since. It’s just not worth it, not even with the ear plugs.

  Last week I took my first spin Class w/ LARUEN on Wednesday night. I am pretty new to cycling and have taken classes at other places but she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I loved her music. There was this one part of the ride where made us really think about our ride. The music and setting was perfect, especially for the work day I had. At the end of the ride, when I struggled to get out the bike but she came over and helped me out. Really loved her vibe and will be back. Thank you LAUREN!

  Laura T at Cycle Bar is AMAZING! Her class is super challenging and she keeps it fun by cracking jokes, wearing costumes and pushes you through it to the very end with motivation and encouragement! TAKE HER CLASS, it will be the funniest work out class you take of 2018!
