- LBLinda BaylorOct 7, 20265.0This studio has a great vibe. The staff and students are all really down to earth and focused, which inspires me on the mat. This practice has truly changed my life, so thank you to all the people I’ve flowed with
- ZWZi WSep 19, 20262.0I’m a regular at CorePower Yoga and take classes at several locations, but unfortunately today was one of the worst class experiences I’ve had. I’ve taken Amanda’s classes before, both at this location and others, and one thing I’ve noticed is that she is frequently on her phone or leaves the room during class. I understand that Restore is slower paced and there may be more downtime for the instructor, but the whole purpose of a Restore class, in my opinion, is to create a calm and present environment. Seeing the instructor on her phone multiple times during class really took away from that experience. The pacing today was also extremely slow. We seemed to stay in each movement for a very long time—sometimes what felt like 1–2 minutes—and by the end of class, I didn’t feel like I had gotten a particularly effective or well-rounded stretch. Several areas of the body that I would normally expect to work through in a Restore class weren’t addressed, and unfortunately I left feeling like I could have gotten a better stretch on my own at home. I normally really enjoy CorePower and have had great experiences with many of the instructors such as Nancy, which is why today’s class was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, particularly around instructor presence, pacing, and creating a more complete Restore experience.

- DADaniel AlexanderJul 14, 20265.0Julia B is such a great teacher! Just a calming, welcoming person guiding us through a challenging but fun flow. Left her class feeling 10x better than I did going in!
