I was visiting my daughter in Denver and signed up for two classes there. I got lost on the first day and couldn't find the location so I called and the person that answered the phone said it would be no problem and that I could take the next class which I did. Then I took a class the very next day. Since then, I have been charged for two cancellation fees of $25 each and two charges of $20 each because they say my payment didn't go through. The payment I used was through my existing membership account, which is my bank account and my bank had zero information about any Club Pilates trying to use it. I have called, I have emailed, I have tried to speak to someone and everyone points me to someone else and no one is willing to listen or even consider my situation. All they say is that I am going to collections. So they win and I paid it and I will never go back there.
