- TBTracy BuchnerAug 26, 20265.0I haven't been to a dentist in about 8 years, but decided I needed to find one that's in my insurance network. I selected Central Family Dentistry at first because it's very close to where I live, but after reading about them I made an appointment. From Ivonne at the main desk, Stephanie, who did the x-rays and assisted Taylor, and Taylor herself, they were all very welcoming. I had bad experiences years ago that stuck with me. Taylor calmly talked with me, made me feel more comfortable, even some laughter. Taylor checked my teeth and all the while they're both quietly humming along with the music playing. That helps also! She explains what the next steps are and after she was finished with the cleaning, Stephanie finished with polishing! Ivonne got me scheduled and handed me a folder with the plan. Next comes the cavity work and more appointments but I feel like I'm at the right place.

They gave me a very prompt appointment and provided excellent treatment. They were friendly, efficient, and thorough. They re-seated my crown and it feels great. I can't thank them enough!

She's gentle, reassuring, and quick, which makes the process less stressful. I have TMJ, and she was so understanding and accommodating during my appointments and fillings. I love that the staff is all women! They made me feel so comfortable. I've honestly never felt this comfortable at a dentist's office before. I highly recommend this office!
