  A lovely business concept made for all types of people... including mothers! Even if you have barely left home, haven't eaten breakfast yet and can only think in terms of your new baby, thia place offers a reprieve for self care with a supervised childcare station. This business helped me get moving again after my second and as clingy as he was, they handled it so I can be at the barre and feel independence and strength again. Class times range from 6 am to 545 pm and lots of parking available.

  Amazing workout and community! The childcare option is also such a bonus and hard to find among other Denver workout studios!

  I tend to shy away from group exercise but this class is the perfect balance - I can easily focus on my own workout while being inspired by the others in class. The instructors have all been great - very clear on instructions, offer various level options, and provide individual support when needed. Added bonus - the cork floor does not hurt my feet and the staff cleans the mats. I'm hooked!

  Hands down the BEST Barre classes offered in Denver. In fact, it was voted Editor's Pick in 5280 Magazine. I found Barre3 because it's conveniently located in Cherry Creek and because the offer a reasonable beginner rate. After the first month, I was hooked. My favorite thing is the kind and supportive attitudes of all the staff. I went in with back issues and some medical concerns and the amazing instructors suggested modifications which helped me achieve an optimum work-out for my level. Every instructor there is the best in town. They support and encourage, and crack jokes during class, making every person in class feel comfortable. The work-out itself, is HARD, I won't lie..it makes your body burn in good ways! The music/playlists are always fun. The parking is plentiful and they even offer daycare. I love it so much, I just became a member, so I'm able to work out almost every day at a very fair price. Owner, Julie Gordon, takes the time to discuss fitness and diet strategies with ALL the clients. I feel like I often get amazing pointers on my form and fitness. It really feels like I get personal training at a group exercise rate. Barre 3 makes working out a joyous experience that keeps me coming back for more. The results are showing up quickly on my body and even my back feels so much better! Thank you Barre3 Denver staff! I will constantly continue to recommend you to anyone who will listen.
