  I was skeptical about barre at first since I was used to other forms of exercise but I have loved my classes at Barre3! It is such a great workout and the staff is always amazing and so kind. It has become a staple in my workout routine!

  I am obsessed with this studio. Everyone is super friendly! I was looking for a workout postpartum that was not just physically challenging but also good for my mental health. This hour is the rare time in my day I get for myself and I want to enjoy it and feel fully present. The class is an awesome workout but I also leave with my mind feeling happy and at peace, which is a game changer. The instructors are amazing. I’m a convert!

  I love barre3 Cherry Creek! I'm fairly new to barre in general, but all of the instructors are so welcoming and helpful. It's such a fun, full-body workout and the music is always great, even at 6 am ;) Highly recommend!

  After having a number of my conveniently located barre class studios close over the pandemic, I am delighted to find barre3. The regular instructors are very good and my musician, former fitness instructor brain VERY much appreciates the attention to the 32 count music, ha! I enjoy the full body workout and look forward to many more classes.
