  I had an amazing experience with them, they were so kind and willing to bend over backwards to help. I unfortunately couldn't buy hearing aids through them because of my insurance, but if that changes they have a customer for life

  Dr Kate Austin - audiologist extraordinaire - doesn’t walk on water, perform miracles, or pull a rabbit out of a hat. But what she delivers to her Connect Hearing patients is an unparalleled high quality, professional standard of care. Besides being a genuinely sincere, caring, friendly person, her understanding of state of the art Phonak hearing aids and how to customize to ensure each patient is getting their needs met is invaluable. Kudos to Kate. I, for one, am glad you’re back and in your own words (or something similar) “helping put the pieces of the puzzle together.”

  Dr. Pearl sure knows her field well and is a knowledgeable audiologist. I love that she gives me her undivided attention and asks relevant questions in a warm professional manner. In fact the whole staff has alway been welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to them for over 3 years for my hearing test and hearing aids adjustments. Just wanted to give my thanks to Dr. Pearl and her team.
