  WORST money I have ever spent. In April 2025 I had airsculpt 360 to my abdomen; and upper thigh fat removal. My body actually looks worse now than it did before the surgery. My results are incredibly uneven. The surgeon (Dr. Alsubaie) over corrected on most of my lower abdomen but left a large amount of fat on the left side of my navel. The unevenness is very noticeable. I could tell within a few days that the area on the left side of my abdomen had been missed This area was not numb or bruised in the same manner as my right side. On my first follow up appointment I expressed my concern to Alusabie who stated it would "even out" over time. I got the same spiel at each subsequent appointment. For my last follow up visit I was told Alusabie was no longer with Airsculpt (Airsculpt seems to be a revolving door for surgeons) and I would be seen by Dr. Zadoo who "had been correcting some of Dr. Alsubaie's work" Dr. Zadoo looked at my abdomen and stated that he "could not fix that". I have now had to seek out another surgeon to correct the poorly executed procedure performed at Airsculpt. I was lured in by the appeal of not having to be sedated during the procedure as I have sever adverse reactions to sedation. I wish I would have paid attention to the red flags - your "consult: is not with a surgeon. You do not meet or get to consult with your surgeon prior to your surgery. Dr. Alsubaie walked into my surgical room and was not even aware of which procedures he was performing on me. My suggestion is to find a reputable surgeon that owns their practice and has some accountability for their patients results. If you do choose airsculpt - ask to see the results of your particular surgeon rather than photos of other doctors work. On top of all of this - the price is incredibly expensive. I could have had the same procedure performed for half of the price by a local surgeon with an excellent reputation and results. A friend who also had her procedure performed at airsculpt had a similar situation = her surgeon is no longer with the company and she too has had issues with poor results. Think twice before choosing to have a procedure done at airsculpt

  I have never had a cosmetic surgery before. Didn’t known what to expect and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend coming to air sculpt. Dr. Zadoo did an amazing job.

  Rating this a 1 for now. Up until my most recent visit, I have not seen any visible changes to the treated areas, despite receiving a $17k procedure and attending my 3-month follow-up. Comparing my before-and-after photos, there are no noticeable results to the eye, which has been extremely disappointing and emotionally difficult. I was told fat was removed and the areas were tightened, but I have not seen evidence of that in my results so far, leaving me feeling confused and honestly ripped off after receiving such vague responses. I do have a 6-month follow-up scheduled, and I’m hoping I’ll have the opportunity to discuss a revision and that the provider will make this right. At this point, I’m devastated with the outcome, but I’m still hopeful that after my revision I’ll eventually be able to come back and post a more positive update and outcome.

  Went in for a consultation, You should know beforehand you do not even see a doctor. You see a woman named Marci, who is not an actual doctor. She is a glorified sales person trying to sell you multiple procedures but has no medical credentials. If you look up the before & after photos, you will see the results are not that amazing. This company which is a chain clearly only cares about money and not actual patient results. Save yourself some time and go see an actual BOARD certified plastic surgeon and not a random woman with a goal to upsell medical procedures. Waste of time & money!
