  The best part of this procedure is when you hear the promises amd pictures of what they say you "could" look like. Results are definatley not guaranteed. My results were very uneven and had large amount of fat still around my obliques and lower stomach. Not what you want to see after going through a difficult procedure and long tedious recovery. In hindsight, the cost is way to expensive for this type of gamble but they have an amazing sales staff! Save yourself the money, pain, and recovery and just change your diet and workout (if you feel its needed then take one of the popular weight loss supplements that everyone is doing). I did this and recieved 10x better results in less time than the recovery from this surgery. Not to mention the cost was tremedously less! This is not a knock on the clinic since everyone was pleasant, minus the surgeon who definately seemed rushed, this is just saying that Airsculpt as a product is just not the way to go in my opinion.

  Anyone Reading this look down at Karen B’s review she says it perfectly. Then the response from Airsculpt wasn’t even aligned with her comment! All this place cares about is your money and not results. They push you for a down payment and have no expectations to give you what you came for. I spent $16,000 to have my fat transferred from my stomach (upper abdomen, lower abdomen and side.) Plus the “skin tighten” smh! The procedure itself is painful, reassuring you it just feels like a vibration sensation. I cried from the pain, most of the procedure, I fought through it because I really wanted that “dream body” The reason I wanted the service Was to get rid of access baby weight. I’m very disciplined with my workouts which, I should’ve just stuck too. It’s been almost a year in a half! I look in the mirror, just to feel let down! It takes a piece of you when you feel like you were taking advantage of In this way. Im depressed because there’s no fixing what happened to my stomach. All this has mentally and financially drained me. I should look at myself and be amazed, but the problem is there’s no results, just regret. I was so excited to have this done! I now have a deformed stomach and it looks like craters all over it, when before I had Beautiful skin, but because of the liposuction stick, it created literal PERMANENT craters in my stomach so, now i have to wear one piece bikinis FOREVER! I had dreamed of the opposite, and that’s wearing bikinis, more confidently. Now that dream is long gone! I even purchased the wood lymphatic drainage piece requested by the nurse and used it as recommended. I wore my garments over three months extra to ensure results. I also used the pillow Way longer than recommended etc. so I went above and beyond. I followed every rule. I did everything right! Honestly, I didn’t think I would need the skin tightening, but Marci pushed it and it did nothing! All she wants is your money and doesn’t care about your outcome. Just like Lauren said down below, they don’t genuinely care about you there. It’s just a forced process that needs to be done quickly. I transferred the fat from my stomach to my butt, and I still have NO BUTT. I even went back for a revision, hoping that MY RESULTS would be what I wanted them to be because I paid what you would pay for a car, on my body!! While I had zero results, was in excruciating pain for over 4 months, wearing sweaters and sweatpants because the pain is too much to wear tight clothing, also you’re leaking. The access fluid drains out of the holes they cut from your stomach and it’s really uncomfortable. They say you can go back to work after three days but NO WAY! The worst part is I already put a down payment at SonaBella because that’s where my husband went, wanting to do this together. But seeing Airsculpt, I realize I can remove my fat and transfer it too my butt where I’ve always had problems. They took great care of him. They could empty his fat with just a needle After his procedure. He would just go in, they would suck out the places that he didn’t like to get the results he wanted. Airsculpt can’t, you have to go in for a revision? My husband went back to Sonobello probably three times with no charge. But wow he looks great! So after my revision a year later I called told them I still wasn’t happy with my results. I had bumps all over my stomach forever now. They said they were in the middle of transitioning different management and they would give me a call back and I never received one. I wasn’t giving up, but they gave up on me! My body is deformed and I absolutely regret getting this. If you give them a five star review, they give you a free cream, but that’s post surgery/ a couple months in. Look, you will notice all the people saying positive things or giving them Five stars are only three months in or so. It took me a year in a half to say something! I should’ve just stuck to my diet, my body looked best then, I trusted this place. Now my stomach‘s ruined and I still have no BUTT! A word of advice look at the newest comments!

  We had abs, flank, and arm sculpting done. We are on our 3 month follow up and everyone from the doctors to the staff have been consumate professionals! Results are great!! Highly recomend alternative to liposuction or tuck surgery. Local anesthesia no General anesthesia!!

  My body has been beautifully re-arranged. I have always wanted my body to be something that I could not make happen on my own. I've never had a booty or hips. No matter what I did or didn't do it just didn't happen. Now I wake up every day to my dreams that came true. I waited 40 years for this procedure and I am more happy every day since. I feel like I have finally arrived in my body. I knew I was missing something but I can't fully put into words how fulfilled I am. Don't wait to make your dreams come true.   WORST money I have ever spent. In April 2025 I had airsculpt 360 to my abdomen; and upper thigh fat removal. My body actually looks worse now than it did before the surgery. My results are incredibly uneven. The surgeon (Dr. Alsubaie) over corrected on most of my lower abdomen but left a large amount of fat on the left side of my navel. The unevenness is very noticeable. I could tell within a few days that the area on the left side of my abdomen had been missed This area was not numb or bruised in the same manner as my right side. On my first follow up appointment I expressed my concern to Alusabie who stated it would "even out" over time. I got the same spiel at each subsequent appointment. For my last follow up visit I was told Alusabie was no longer with Airsculpt (Airsculpt seems to be a revolving door for surgeons) and I would be seen by Dr. Zadoo who "had been correcting some of Dr. Alsubaie's work" Dr. Zadoo looked at my abdomen and stated that he "could not fix that". I have now had to seek out another surgeon to correct the poorly executed procedure performed at Airsculpt. I was lured in by the appeal of not having to be sedated during the procedure as I have sever adverse reactions to sedation. I wish I would have paid attention to the red flags - your "consult: is not with a surgeon. You do not meet or get to consult with your surgeon prior to your surgery. Dr. Alsubaie walked into my surgical room and was not even aware of which procedures he was performing on me. My suggestion is to find a reputable surgeon that owns their practice and has some accountability for their patients results. If you do choose airsculpt - ask to see the results of your particular surgeon rather than photos of other doctors work. On top of all of this - the price is incredibly expensive. I could have had the same procedure performed for half of the price by a local surgeon with an excellent reputation and results. A friend who also had her procedure performed at airsculpt had a similar situation = her surgeon is no longer with the company and she too has had issues with poor results. Think twice before choosing to have a procedure done at airsculpt
