Advanced Dental Center provides a personalized, gentle, and affordable dental office for the entire family. Our private practice has been in the Federal Heights/Westminster area for more than 40 years. Our doctors own the practice and are not just employees. We provide all procedures from implants, to crowns, to root canals, to dentures and more. In addition to providing the most common procedures, we make them affordable as well by participating in most plans offered by Delta Dental, Cigna, Metlife, Aetna. For those that don't have insurance, we have an in-office membership plan that will provide discounts to those paying cash. - GSGloria S.Aug 3, 20262.0I was referred here for a crown in Novembe2025. Initially I was satisfied with the service. However, in April 2026- less than 6 months- the crown fell out. It was re-cemented and then a month later, it fell out, again. At this point, I was told a stronger cement was used, but "if" it happened again we could discuss other options. Well last week it happened again! This time I had to wait 5 days before I could get seen. So today I was given two suggestions- 1. Re-cement just like before OR 2. Re-do the work making the "knub" that it sits on smaller, hence giving the crown more room. However, I would have to pay again for this corrective service. I strongly disagree and am quite unhappy with the whole situation. Especially so because as profeasionals they already knew that minimizing the "knub" would give way to a better, more stable grip. Now I wait and see if it will.fall out, yet again!
