After nearly 10 years of being treated rudely at the Safeway pharmacy, we finally decided the longer drive was worth it. There has been one pharmacy technician in particular who is consistently rude and unpleasant to customers, and I’ve witnessed her treat many people this way over the years. It’s reached a point where others in the community openly say they refuse to use that pharmacy or even shop at Safeway because of their experiences with her. In contrast, CVS has been a completely different experience. The staff is kind, respectful, and actually seems to care. The environment feels calm instead of stressful, and that alone makes a huge difference. I wish we had made the switch sooner.
