I have been going to YogaSix Centennial for about 6 months now, averaging 1-2 times per week. My yoga experience before that was limited. I am in my mid-30s, generally active, have a few legacy sports injuries, and work at a desk. Old injuries and working a desk job had really decreased my flexibility, stability, and overall mobility over the years.
I scored a free week pass that I took advantage of over the holidays. After just a week, there was a dramatic increase in overall mobility. I felt like I could even breathe better! I signed up for an unlimited membership thereafter. Since starting, the flexibility gains have decreasingly been noticeable. However, mobility and stability continue to get better and better.
The main classes I attend are the 5:30 AM Sculpt and Flow with Audrey, Signature Hot with Sunne, and Power Flow with Audrey. Audrey kicks my butt every time, while Sunne's class provides a consistent workout to track progress. When I can make the afternoon Restore classes, they offer a fantastic total body relaxing melt. Great for recovery days or for stress relief.
Overall, I was hesitant to pay for a monthly membership. It seemed expensive, but I easily spend as much money or more on a weekend dinner and drinks for two. The membership is well worth the investment in my long term health and I really enjoy it!

I love Hayley’s Slow Flow on Mondays! Her classes are a unique combination of fun and challenging. There is a theme or positive message carried throughout the class. The friendly and comfortable atmosphere are an added benefit to Hayley’s excellent teaching!
