  Katie and Mary were absolutely fantastic! The staff are very sweet. My appointment didn’t feel rushed, Katie was great with taking my blood (barely felt it) and Mary listened to every concern I had and explained things so well to me! If you’re looking for a doctors office that listens, understands, doesn’t rush appointments & cares for your health - this is the perfect place!

  5 years . Bare minimum practitioners Treat symptoms, not cause They don't listen. They undermine the patient. Terrible care, quite possibly the worst I've had in my life. Didn't switch out of convenience , don't recommend. Read other reviews

  I feel like the entire staff cares about their patients. I've been going there for a long time and I have had great experiences with everyone.

  Absurd Hours: I recently had a medical problem that required some tests to be sent to the lab. I was given a take home kit and instructed to bring us back as this was a time sensitive test. The nurse was not particularly kind, but understand her job is challenging. I was not given hours of operation nor was told to drop off a sample before a specific time. Assuming that this doctors office worked normal hours I came on a Wednesday at 2:30pm. I heard voices inside but the door was locked. I just needed to drop off a sample and now the sample is ruined. I am deeply confused as to why Dr Willard does not run normal doctors hours considering life has somewhat returned to normal post the height of the pandemic. I also am confused as to why the office does not have an answering machine capable of receiving messages. I was found I crying in the hall as my particular situation was very stressful, the person who helped didn’t offer any tissues or a convenient solution to my problem. I was told my sample couldn’t be collected and that I would have to dispose of it. I was given a second test but with my work schedule I’m not sure when I’ll get to it and with the “working hours” I am unsure if I’ll be able to deliver it. After this experience, despite liking my doctor, I do not think I will be a patient of this practice for much longer.
