My appointment didn’t feel rushed, Katie was great with taking my blood (barely felt it) and Mary listened to every concern I had and explained things so well to me! If you’re looking for a doctors office that listens, understands, doesn’t rush appointments & cares for your health - this is the perfect place!

- MCMelissa CardenasSep 16, 20241.0Don't call this office expecting to speak to someone in a timely manner. I have called 3 separate times and have been immediately placed on hold each time. I had an appointment at 4pm and I called at 1:34pm to confirm the time and was placed on hold, so I hung up and called back at 3:33 on my way there from work--placed on hold for 5 mins. When she answered, I was told my appointment was preemptively cancelled. I asked why, and the receptionist said her clock read 3:50, so she had cancelled it--it was 3:33 at the time of my call. I understand getting there early to fill out paperwork, but cancelling an appointment ahead of time and then being rude is not great service.
