I found the Perfect Workoit about a year ago. I was curious. Attended my first class and I was hooked! A complete workout and I mean COMPLETE! In 15-20 min? Are you kidding me? Well, happy to say it’s all true and all good. I’m an older woman. And I know that if I had not been consistently attending twice a week, when I fell hard on the sidewalk in April I could have seriously fractured and required surgery. But, I got away with only a crack in my forearm and some broken ribs. I know it’s because of this wonderful class I am stronger and my bones are stronger as well. I love the fact I can schedule from the app. I attend the 6:40 am class. Amazing way to start my day!! How are you starting yours ?

Writing a review of any kind is outside of my comfort zone, but I feel personally obligated to promote this organization, specifically this location of the Perfect Workout program with Eric. I'm a 45-year-old male and work out fairly regularly. When I came across PW, I figured I would give the complimentary session a shot. That was about 10 weeks ago and I'm certain I will be doing this till the end of time. The workout experience is hard to fully explain, which I have tried repeatedly. The 4 friends I finally convinced to give it a shot, felt the same and are all current members. The reason I'm so enthusiastic about this program is because of the results. Again, I work out regularly, but adding the PW into my routine has made a noticeable difference that I've never seen from just my typical workout regiments. There's something about this program that increases strength like I've never felt before. As I said, it's hard to explain so you might as well give it a shot!
