- MRMark RobertsonJun 11, 20261.0They refuse to cancel my wife's membership. Last year, when she was pregnant, we were told they could only put the membership on an "freeze." Neither my wife's nor my account say we have an active membership, but they still continue to charge my card. When I emailed their customer service, they said I was charged because we didn't submit a cancellation. But how do we submit a cancellation when the account doesn't show an active membership?? It is absurd how difficult they make it to not only cancel a membership, but to remove a card from the file. They keep charging my card $179 a month and refuse to let me cancel or remove my card on file.

I felt way better afterwards than I ever have after a massage or chiropractor visit. The facility is clean and modern. Wish I could already go back tomorrow!

I feel happier and healthier every time I go, and the instructors are all incredible, especially Tonya who does the Friday morning hot yoga classes. I'll be moving soon, so I'm going to have to move to another studio, but it'll be worth to drive to keep coming to her class!
