  I have been going to Stretch Lab ever since it opened. I have noticed SIGNIFICANT beneficial changes in my health since going. I used to suffer from chronic low back pain and would often have injuries associated with tight muscles. It literally has been a game changer for me. So much so, I even got friends signed up for memberships. I have had amazing flexologists to help me on this path of healing and well being.   Jakob has been great and has been helping me with weight loss and increasing my mobility. He has been helping with me having some time to relax away from my stressful job. Highly recommend the program and Jakob if you are looking for getting back in shape and being more in tune with your body.

  I’m a 70 year old woman trying to stay active and stiffness has been a barrier to some activities. I have just had 3 sessions here at stretchlab with Jakob to address my stiff hips and I see improvement already. The techs here know what they are doing. Better than any massage I’ve ever had with improvement every session!
