My only quibble, which I really don’t like, is that I was charged a 3% fee for using my credit card to pay for the exam and the glasses. While I might be more understanding if it was a small mom & pop business with tiny margins, I think a national chain should understand that credit card processing fee is the cost of doing business. Big chains are normalizing passing that fee on to customers, and it’s a bad business practice.
