  Amazing office, starting at check in through check out. Sherrie is a fantastic hygienist and Dr. Polson is extremely thorough and explains everything in a very professional and friendly manner! Best dentist I have ever been to!

  This is the best dental practice I've ever been to. Dr. Polson and his staff are the most caring, most competent, and most professional team I have ever encountered. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with genuine warmth, and they take the time to explain every step of the treatment process, which immediately puts you at ease. The office is impeccably clean, the technology is state-of-the-art, and it is clear that they truly prioritize their patients' comfort and long-term health over everything else. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

  Alright, here we go, I rarely leave reviews but Meadows Family Dentistry is deserving of one. Ive been to numerous dentists and compare some of them to car salesman, pressuring you to purchase unnecessary things and really hitting you with sales tactics. I'd go in for a cleaning and leave with an awful Kia Sorento somehow. I despised going to the dentist because of this and refused to go for a couple of years. Anyway, I am newer to Castle Rock, needed a cleaning, saw the hundreds of 5 star reviews for Meadows Family Dentistry and gave them a call. Whoever answered the phone was so friendly I thought I was talking to Betty White or something. A brief 5 minute phone call turned into a scheduled cleaning.. I was impressed. A few weeks go by and its time for the dreaded dentist appointment. I jump in my Kia, get there early, and am greeted by the most professional and respectful staff working the front desk. I was Immediately called to the back and met with Dr. Klein and some other staff, all of which were talkative and informative. It was discovered that I had a cavity, was provided pictures of said cavity on a screen above, and I immediately sent a text to my sister telling her that I won the bet on fewest cavities.. she's got so much silver in her mouth she could get a low ball offer from Rick Harrison of like $12. I am then seen by the hygienist (I feel bad for forgetting her name) but she was funny, entertaining, and swapped all kinds of stories and such.. my teeth felt cleaner than the floor in a Marine boot camp barracks once she was done. Afterwards I requested to get my cavity filled on the spot and Dr. Klein obliged. This guy is like Dominic Torreto but for teeth, a master mechanic of enamel, a molar mastermind, a cavity commander.. had my tooth drilled and filled within a minute, no pain, no effect to my bite, no messing around. And thats it, I was done, no sales tactics, no pressure, no issues, just a high level of customer service and dedication to their clients. I referred my friends, my fiance, my neighbors and they exceeded my expectations yet again by sending a letter in the mail, showing me appreciation for the referral. Dr. Klein, you and your team rock, keep it up, see you in 6 months. BTW, I dont actually own a Kia, I have more self respect than that.
