It seems that having 3 people at a desk answering the phone on the first call attempt should be manageable, too. They seem bored and uninterested - certainly don't have insight into people experiencing vision problems. Is it possible to train empathy, compassion and desire to help?

I have worked with a several different LensCrafters and a couple other of their competitors over the years. Many good experiences and a few not so good. After working with the Castle Rock store, I will not be going anywhere else. The selection is excellent and the store is clean and settling. Not hugely busy and chaotic. Steven did an amazing job and I am grateful for his help. I highly recommend LensCrafters Castle Rock. It is well worth driving to even if you are in Denver or any of the surrounding areas.
