The lens were ordered or maybe they lost the order, over 1 month ago. I called yesterday and voiced my concern about calls not being returned and why it would take over a month to get contact lenses. The woman understood completely and said only the Dr. could look up the order as they were specialty lenses. She promised to absolutely call back with the answer. Never called. How unprofessional can you be?!!!!
