We are a boutique gym located in the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital in the heart of the Meadows community. We are a 24/7 facility with top of the line equipment, showers and lockers. Our Kinesiologists on staff are fully qualified, with thousands of hours of work between them, to work with you on your journey to health regardless of where that starting point is. Working with a Kinesiologist one on one or through our Small Group Training will be an experience like no other!
