I had a great experience at Dentistry at Happy Canyon. Everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The office is clean, runs on time, and the staff genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Haws takes the time to explain things, and never makes you feel rushed. Whether it is a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, they make the process easy and stress-free. When I first moved to castle rock I dreaded finding a new dentist but I'm happy I landed on Dentistry at Happy Canyon. I'm one of those people that needs a filling about every other week it seems but the staff is truly awesome. Doc and Christa did a great job with my most recent filling, making sure I was comfortable and explaining the nature of it all. On top of that my hygienist Brent is super friendly and makes cleanings not something I dread. For a place most people don't love to go to (sorry guys ð€£), the friendliness and kindness of the staff here make it a great experience.
Had a couple teeth removed, and the whole experience was actually pleasant - I know you never associate going to the dentist with pleasant... But they kept me laughing through the whole experience - no gas just numbing shots. Great bedside manners both nurse & doctor. Thank you all for making it easy and smooth experience.ð

They were once amazing (the staff) not dr haws. He is dry and cold. The staff were all so lovely and polite until recently when one of his receptionist were very rude and acting like it was my fault for waiting too long to set an appointment when i knew my insurance was ending.
I made an appointment with them as soon as I found out I would be loosing my insurance. I called to make an appointment to fix my teeth before my dental insurance expired.
I was scheduled an appointment about 2 and a half weeks in advance. They cancelled it a day before due to a âstaff emergencyâ
I had called weeks before and was scheduled for an extended visit to get my exams and cavities dealt with in one day!
Then they cancelled my appointment making it impossible now to get my teeth fixed from somewhere else, because they cancelled my appointments the say before
