I was a little nervous going into my first class but Casey was such an incredible instructor and made me feel comfortable right away. He constantly checked in with everyone, made sure we were comfortable, and was always quick to help and guide us when needed. He made sure we had the right form while still helping us get that perfect burn! I also absolutely loved the atmosphere. It was a smaller group and everyone was so welcoming, and I felt comfortable the entire time. I’m so glad I decided to try Pilates, and this was such a great first experience. I would definitely recommend taking a class with Casey, and I can’t wait to come back!
