They rarely answer the phone, they rarely call back after leaving messages, my prescriptions are often not ready when they should be, and the 'automated refill and notification system' is incredibly sporadic and cannot be relied upon. I've since moved my prescriptions to the Walmart Pharmacy and am hoping for better service. Interestingly when I finally did get to speak to someone in Pharmacy in person and described my issues and that I was switching to another pharmacy because of them, there was no recognition or apology for the poor service, just a 'OK' (sounded like a younger girl).
