With a -5.50 prescription, I could barely see, and every office I called was booked 3+ days out just to get an exam for a replacement. I took my chance & walked into Optimal Eyecare. Even though they were completely booked the staff was incredibly kind and understanding. They had me fill out the paperwork and told me that if there was a cancellation or no-show, they’d do their best to fit me in. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in, and Dr. Adler truly saved my vacation. Not only did she take great care of me, but she also recommended some great local places to check out. Everyone in the office made me feel like a person, not just another patient. I left with a replacement contact and a real appreciation for the kindness they showed a traveler in a tough spot. Thank you, Dr. Adler and the entire team!

I was greeted promptly and directed how to fill out my paperwork. The pretest for my eyes went exceeding smoothly. Dr. Adler's patient care was top tier. She was incredibly thorough. During the exam she went over all concerns I had. She was a treat to work with. I have not experienced this level of quality and care before. After the eye exam Dave was a huge help walking me through my lens and frame options. I seriously can't say enough good things about my exam/experience!
