Why make appointments if the Pearl Vision staff just ignores the time. I'll probably switch providers. This location was at 121st and Sheridan

I picked Optimal Eyecare because it was near her new place and they had an appointment available the next day. My mom is elderly with dementia. The whole staff was kind, patient and made the whole experience for my mom actually enjoyable and not scary.
