They did not listen to my husband when he said he didn’t need to change his prescription for contacts and they did it anyway. He realized THEIR mistake when he got home and they told him to try them out and if he wasn’t happy to bring them back. Since it was a new prescription that he did NOT ask for, he went to the store to return them and they charged him extra for an open box and did not accept the return. We later called corporate and the store to discuss the experience and when we went back to the store to negotiate getting money back or, at the very least not be charged extra, the front desk started calling 911 to get police involved and treated my husband like a criminal. We left the store with contacts that do NOT work for his needs and extra unnecessary charges that were not clearly set out at the beginning of the services.
