I love all the Core Power studios and classes and have been doing hot yoga for over 20 yrs but tonight I really felt extra compelled to shout out Laura for the incredible workout she gave us in her 4:15pm Sculpt class. She worked SO hard to work US hard and she played incredible music, kept it going til the very end and I got the BEST workout. I’m SO IMPRESSED. Thank you so much! Great studio, great teachers, great workouts
