- JJJessAug 15, 20261.0This place is horrible!!!! They never call you to let you know your glasses are ready, they don’t pay attention ordering the wrong frames. They tell you they will get you frames plus lenses under warranty after paying the additional fee due to an inconvenience on there behalf, which is a lie. This is the 3rd frame we had to get, quality is not great. Plus your waiting over a month to pick up some frames. If I could give 0 stars I would, this is not the first issue we have had.

Tried to get my husbands prescription printed and have had nothing but problems, one lady said she would call me back, never did, I called back and was told “sorry the phones were down” and that they still don’t have a answer and they will call me back, again they didn’t call, so I again called just to be told, you need to pay a $15 copay for us to print it out and that the doctor has to be there to sign it. If we didn’t move, I would have been there in person to deal with this nonsense. That is not the only problem- I have been waiting for my “trial” contacts to get in for over 6 months. I do not recommend going here at all.
