StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Boulder offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Kierra at the front desk was welcoming, kind, and very knowledgeable. She made the check-in process easy and answered all of my questions. I worked with Ellie, and she was outstanding. She asked thoughtful, pertinent questions, really listened to my concerns, and tailored the session to address exactly what I needed. Throughout the session, she explained what she was doing and why, which helped me better understand the process and made me feel confident in her approach. On top of being highly effective, she’s genuinely a cool person who made the experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for personalized stretching from people who care about their clients, I highly recommend StretchLab.
