  Pearl vision in Boulder have been very helpful. Having left my lenses in another location they were quickly and efficiently able to provide me with some to tide me over. Excellent customer service.

  The service has been okay but the store hours are ridiculous. They are NOT open the hours online, and there's a sign posted on the door that has modified hours, however they are also NOT open during those hours. I've gone by three times now to pick up my glasses and the store has been closed when it shouldn't be. It's extremely frustrating and it makes it almost impossible to actually do anything. I will probably never come here again and will tell others not to as well.

  Mursal was so amazing at helping me in a pinch. I am forever grateful for her kindness and for helping me when I desperately needed it! She was so friendly and nice.

  Great experience. Dr. Brown was wonderful and super fun to talk to. We will definitely be back to the Boulder location again. Everyone was friendly and helpful. 10/10 My daughter and I can't wait to get our new glasses.

  Update : I subsequently heard from the manager who helped me select new frames. I also had my vision retested. The prescription was adjusted based on this new test. I selected inexpensive lenses, which were previously not offered to me, which cut the price in half. If I had been given this level of service on the first visit, I would probably give a 4 or 5 star rating. Because I had to push back to get the outcome and spent extra time on a phone call and two return visits to the office, I am splitting the difference between my initial 1 star rating and this revised one. Overall, I would give 2.5 stars. Since that's not possible, I am rounding up to 3 with a note of "buyer beware." Original review: I had a low quality experience at this store. The doctor was great but the service for frames and at check out was poor. Extra costs were added without explanation. I thought they were part of the normal expenses, rather than optional upcharges. When I asked for help selecting frames, I was told it’s just personal opinion. I was not given a receipt. I was asked to sign a receipt and then told it was not for me. When the glasses did not help my vision for driving, which was my stated goal along with for watching TV, I was told to give them a try for 2 or more weeks to see how they worked. They have not improved over time. I called the office. No answer. Went to voicemail. I left a message asking the manager to call me back. After 24 hours, nothing. I should have been more vigilant and demanded a receipt. My mistake in trusting them to provide good service. I will keep pursuing this given the expense, but at this point, I cannot recommend them.
